Stage 1: Pulp Tissue Removal

STEP 01
After preparing the cavity, confirm canal orifices using a low-speed long-neck round bur.

STEP 02
Use EndoRoad Tomy File to locate canal orifices when calcification makes it difficult to find.
* Shape 2 mm into the root canal -
STEP 03
Fill the cavity with 5.25% NaOCl.

STEP 04
Apply Ultrasonic Tomy Tip for 10 seconds to cut 1-3 mm of pulp tissue below canal orifices.

STEP 05
Rinse NaOCl with distilled water
(repeat STEP 03-05, 3 times)
Stage 2: Apply ENDOCEM MTA (with Bleeding control)

STEP 01
While bleeding, apply small amounts of ENDOCEM MTA to canal orifices.

STEP 02
Moisten ENDOCEM MTA with distilled water and compact with a wet cotton pellet for bleeding control.

STEP 03
Rinse blood off ENDOCEM MTA with distilled water.
Stage 3: Additional ENDOCEM MTA application

STEP 01
Add ENDOCEM MTA to secure a 3mm thickness.

STEP 02
Place distilled water over the added ENDOCEM MTA, wait 3 minutes, then compact with a cotton pellet.

STEP 03
Temporarily restore with glass ionomer or similar materials.
